Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

RGN 8031 (S21E33) WITH A "BXO-BETA" SPOT GROUP AND RGN 8030 (S19E60)
WITH A "CSO-BETA" SPOT GROUP. RGN 8030 PRODUCED A C3/SF AT 30/2340Z.
RGN 8227 IS SHOWING A 6-SPOT "CAO-BETA" SPOT GROUP AND VERY LITTLE
REPORTED ACTIVITY.
