60N AND THE POLE AT 30 HPA AND ABOVE IN THE MIDDLE
AND UPPER STRATOSPHERE.MEAN ZONAL WIND AT 60N
CONTINUOUSLY DECREASING AND IS FROM EAST AT 1 HPA.
