AND THE WHOLE ARCTIC AT 10 HPA CONTINUES,
WEAKENING.TEMPERATURE GRADIENT REVERSED
BETWEEN 60N AND THE POLE IN THE WHOLE
STRATOSPHERE.MEAN ZONAL WIND AT 60N CON-
TINUOUSLY DECREASING AND IS FROM EAST AT
1 HPA.
