Solar activity was at very low levels in the past 24 hours. NOAA AR 2812 is the only active region visible, it produced only B-class flares. Solar activity is expected to remain at low levels.
No Earth directed CMEs were observed in the past 24 hours.
The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at nominal levels over the past 24 hours and is expected to remain so for the next 24 hours. The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was below the 1000 pfu threshold in the past 24 hours and is expected to remain so during the next 24 hours. The 24h electron fluence is at normal levels in the last 24 hours and is expected to stay at normal levels for the next 24 hours.
The solar wind speed increased from 340 to 440 km/s in the last 24 hours, marking a very mild start of the expected high speed stream. The interplanetary magnetic field magnitude varied between 2 nT and 7 nT, while Bz varied between -7 nT and 6 nT in the last 24 hours. The interplanetary magnetic field phi angle had a mostly negative polarity (towards the Sun). A period between 17:00 UT and 23:00 UT shows some signatures of an ICME, including a low temperature, this could be a late arrival of the CME from 22 March (it caused active geomagnetic conditions). The solar wind speed could increase more in the next 24 hours.
Geomagnetic conditions were quiet to unsettled (Kp and KDourbes: 1-4), similar situation is expected for the next 24 hours.
