Solar activity was very low during the last 24 hours, and we expect very quiet solar conditions to persist for the next 48 hours. Geomagnetic activity should reach unsettled to active levels in the next 24 hours, mainly due to a sector boundary crossing and a coronal hole becoming geoeffective. Current conditions are unsettled (Kp=3) at planetary levels.
