Bulletin

Solar activity is extremely low, and there were no flares were reported during last 24 hours. W expect such a quiet conditions to persist in the coming days. No Earth directed CMEs were observed, and the solar protons remained at the background level.

The solar wind speed is presently about 430 km/s, and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is 5 nT. The fast solar wind associated with rather patchy equatorial coronal hole, which reached central meridian in the morning of June 27, might arrive to the Earth later today or tomorrow. The geomagnetic conditions are presently quiet and we expect quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions in the coming hours.
