Bulletin

During last 24 hours NOAA AR 2733 was source of six B-class flares. We expect such a level of solar flaring activity to persist in the coming hours, with the still low probability for an isolated C-class flare. Some of the B-class flares were accompanied by CMEs however, there were no wide, Earth directed CMEs reported during last 24 hours. The solar protons remained at the background level.

The Earth is still inside the fast solar wind with the speed of about 500 km/s and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is 4 nT. The geomagnetic conditions are presently unsettled to quiet and we expect them to stay so in the coming hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 028, based on 08 stations.
