Informe geofísico

Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

HE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD HAS BEEN AT MINOR STORM LEVELS THE PAST 24 HOURS. MAJOR STORMING WHICH BEGAN EARLY YESTERDAY HAS SLOWLY SUBSIDED. THE RADIAL SOLAR WIND SPEED IS STILL IN EXCESS OF 500 KM/S. ENERGETIC ELECTRON FLUXES AT GEOSYNCHRONOUS ORBIT ROSE TO HIGH LEVELS MIDWAY THROUGH THE PERIOD.
D. Estratosfera caliente
STRATWARM ALERT/FRIDAY/STRATWARM EXISTS. AN INTENSIFYING LARGE WARM REGION FURTHER EXISTS FROM ALEUTIAN AREA, NORTHEASTERN SIBERIA WITH THE ADJACENT ARCTIC ACROSS EASTERN SIBERIA / NORTHERN MONGOLIA TO BLACK SEA. THE WARM AIR, WITH THE CENTRE OVER EASTERN SIBERIA, SPREADING NORTHWESTWARDS, TODAY.
