Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

PRODUCED A LONG DURATION C5 AT 19/1355Z. A FAINT LOOP PROMINENCE
SYSTEM AND CORONAL RAIN WERE OBSERVED AT NE18-22 AFTER THE X-RAY
PEAK OF THE EVENT. THIS REGION APPEARED AS TWO MODERATE SIZE AND
WIDELY SEPARATED SPOTS. THIS AREA MAY IN ACTUALITY CONTAIN TWO
REGIONS. A FILAMENT LOCATED NEAR S45W51 ERUPTED BETWEEN
18/2352-19/0134Z. OTHER DISK REGIONS WERE PREDOMINANTLY STABLE.
