Informe actividad solar

Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

IA. Análisis de regiones solares activas y de actividad desde 01-2100Z hasta 02-2100Z

Solar activity has been moderate. Regions 9591 (S18W65) and 9601 (N14E08 produced three M-class events between them. The largest was an M3/2n at 02/1348 UTC from Region 9591. Both of these regions have decayed slightly since yesterday, but Region 9591 continues to retain a beta-gamma-delta magnetic configuration. New Region 9603 (S08E64) was numbered today.
IB. Pronóstico de la actividad solar
Solar activity is expected to be moderate to high with Region 9591 and 9601 capable of producing a major flare.
IIA. Resumen de la actividad geofísica 01-2100Z a 02-2100Z
The geomagnetic field was quiet to active.
IIB. Pronóstico de la actividad geofísica
The geomagnetic field is expected to be predominately quiet to unsettled. Isolated active conditions are possible for September 03 and 04.
