Informe actividad solar
Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

The geomagnetic field was quiet during the past 24 hours. Solar wind
data indicate a solar sector boundary crossing at about 04/0200Z.
The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at high levels.

The geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet for the first day (5 March). Conditions should
increase slightly to quiet to unsettled for the 2nd and 3rd days
(6-7 March) due to recurrent effects from a small, low-latitude
coronal hole.
