Solar activity has been dominated by NOAA AR 2335 which produced several C-class flares in past 24h. The strongest one was a C8.0 with peak at 00:52 UT. More C-class flares can be expected, with low chances of M-class flaring. There was a halo CME first seen at 10:48 UT on LASCO-C2 (after a data gap), preliminary data show that this is a backsided event, not supposed to affect the Earth.
Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet and are expected to remain so.
Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 075, based on 15 stations.
