Bulletin

There were no C-class flares reported since morning of February 27. The strongest flare reported in the last 24 hours was the B4.6 flare (peaked at 02:03 UT on March 3), which originated from the Catania sunspot group 34 (NOAA 2510). The C-class flares are possible but not probable. No Earth directed CMEs were observed in the last 24 hours.

During last 24 hours solar wind speed is constant amounting about 450 km/s, and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude amounts to 6 nT. The possible arrival of the fast solar wind associated with the small equatorial corona hole which reached the central meridian in the morning of March 2, might be expected on March 5. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet to unsettled, and we expect them to remain so in the coming hours.
