There are currently 9 numbered sunspot regions on the disk.

a chance for M-class flares and a slight chance for an X-class flare on
days one, two, and three (02 May, 03 May, 04 May).

The geomagnetic
field has been at quiet to minor storm levels for the past 24 hours.
Solar wind speed reached a peak of 559 km/s at 01/1217Z. Total IMF
reached 12 nT at 30/2120Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached
-11 nT at 30/2129Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous
orbit reached a peak level of 372 pfu.

to be at quiet to unsettled levels on days one and three (02 May, 04
May) and quiet to active levels on day two (03 May).
