Ogni brillamento solare menzionato nel rapporto ha un fattore di scala, applicato dal Centro di Predizione Meteorologica Spaziale (SWPC). A causa del fattore di scala del SWPC, i brillamenti solari sono segnalati come ridotti del 42%, rispetto ai dati di qualità scientifica. at the ACE spacecraft reached a peak of 423 km/s at 25/1918Z. Total IMF
reached 17.7 nT at 25/1944Z. The maximum southward component of Bz
reached -4.3 nT at 25/0147Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at
geosynchronous orbit reached a peak level of 531 pfu.
