Bulletin
The X-ray background radiation decreased near the bottom of the B-level. The probability for a C flare is low. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet: the total magnetic field is around 5 nT. The solar wind speed is below 400 km/s. We expect the quiet geomagnetic conditions to continue.
