Rapporto attività solare
Ogni brillamento solare menzionato nel rapporto ha un fattore di scala, applicato dal Centro di Predizione Meteorologica Spaziale (SWPC). A causa del fattore di scala del SWPC, i brillamenti solari sono segnalati come ridotti del 42%, rispetto ai dati di qualità scientifica. Il fattore di scala è stato rimosso dai nostri dati archiviati sui brillamenti solari, per riflettere le unità fisiche reali.

field has been at quiet to active levels for the past 24 hours. Solar
wind speed, as measured by the ACE spacecraft, reached a peak speed of
693 km/s at 06/2051Z. Total IMF reached 25 nT at 06/1430Z. The maximum
southward component of Bz reached -14 nT at 06/1826Z. Electrons greater
than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached a peak level of 279 pfu.
