Bulletin

The visible side of the solar disc is spotless. There were no C-class or even B-class flares reported during last 24 hours. We expect such a low level of the flaring activity to persist in the coming hours. There were no Earth directed CMEs reported during last 24 hours and the solar protons remained at the background level.

The in situ data indicate the arrival of the fast solar wind, associate with the negative polarity coronal hole. The solar wind speed is presently about 500 km/s and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 5 nT. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet to unsettled (both local station at Dourbes and NOAA reported only K=3 and Kp=3, respectively) and we expect them to stay so in the coming hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 28 stations.
