field has been at quiet levels for the past 24 hours. Solar wind speed
reached a peak of 447 km/s at 30/2055Z. Total IMF reached 15 nT at
30/2038Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -12 nT at
30/1947Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached
a peak level of 341 pfu.

to be at quiet to unsettled levels on days one and two (01 Dec, 02 Dec)
and quiet to active levels on day three (03 Dec).
