The largest solar event of the period was a C5 event observed at
31/0023Z from Region 3473 (N16E09). There are currently 5 numbered
sunspot regions on the disk.

field has been at quiet to unsettled levels for the past 24 hours. Solar
wind speed reached a peak of 550 km/s at 31/1256Z. Total IMF reached 5
nT at 31/0851Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -4 nT at
31/0906Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached
a peak level of 1705 pfu.
