The largest solar event of the period was a C5 event observed at
17/0446Z from Region 3992 (S06W81). There are currently 12 numbered
sunspot regions on the disk.

a chance for M-class flares and a slight chance for an X-class flare on
days one, two, and three (18 Feb, 19 Feb, 20 Feb).

field has been at quiet to active levels for the past 24 hours. Solar
wind speed reached a peak of 619 km/s at 17/0552Z. Total IMF reached 7
nT at 17/1634Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -6 nT at
17/1755Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached
a peak level of 4784 pfu.
