reached a peak of 455 km/s at 26/1004Z. Total IMF reached 7 nT at
26/1002Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -5 nT at
26/0513Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached
a peak level of 439 pfu.

storm levels on day two (28 Oct) and unsettled to minor storm levels on
