wind speed reached a peak of 617 km/s at 24/0152Z. Total IMF reached 7
nT at 24/1825Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -6 nT at
24/1645Z. Protons greater than 10 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached a
peak level of 3 pfu at 24/0330Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at
geosynchronous orbit reached a peak level of 5171 pfu.
