Informe actividad solar

Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

Informe conjunto USAF/NOAA de actividad Solar y Geofísica

SDF Número 032 Publicado el 2200Z a las 01 FEB 2000

IA. Análisis de regiones solares activas y de actividad desde 31-2100Z hasta 01-2100Z

SOLAR ACTIVITY REMAINED LOW. A SINGLE C-CLASS X-RAY FLARE WAS DETECTED DURING THE PERIOD. MINOR GROWTH WAS NOTED IN REGIONS 8851 (N27E16) AND 8852 (N10E00). ALL THE VISIBLE REGIONS WERE SMALL AND SIMPLY-STRUCTURED INCLUDING NEW REGIONS 8853 (S10E64) AND 8854 (S33E81).
IB. Pronóstico de la actividad solar
SOLAR ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN AT LOW LEVELS WITH ISOLATED C-CLASS FLARES POSSIBLE FROM REGIONS 8851 AND 8852.
IIA. Resumen de la actividad geofísica 31-2100Z a 01-2100Z
GEOMAGNETIC FIELD ACTIVITY RANGED FROM QUIET TO UNSETTLED LEVELS. THE GREATER THAN 2 MEV ELECTRON FLUX AT GEOSYNCHONOUS ORBIT REMAINED AT MODERATE TO HIGH LEVELS.
IIB. Pronóstico de la actividad geofísica
GEOMAGNETIC FIELD ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN AT QUIET TO UNSETTLED LEVELS. THE GREATER THAN 2 MEV ELECTRON FLUX AT GEOSYNCHRONOUS ORBIT IS EXPECTED TO DECLINE TO NORMAL TO MODERATE LEVELS DURING THE FINAL TWO DAYS OF THE FORECAST PERIOD.
