Informe actividad solar
Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

SDF Número 047 Publicado el 2200Z a las 16 Feb 2001IA. Análisis de regiones solares activas y de actividad desde 15-2100Z hasta 16-2100Z Solar activity was low. Two new regions were numbered,
9353 (S23E17) and 9354 (S09E34). A full-halo CME was observed by the
SOHO/LASCO spacecraft starting at 15/1430 UTC. The origin of this
activity is thought to be close to but not connected to Region 9350
(N18E16 at 15/2400 UTC).
