(12 Aug, 13 Aug, 14 Aug).

The geomagnetic
field has been at quiet to active levels for the past 24 hours. Solar
wind speed reached a peak of 594 km/s at 10/2240Z. Total IMF reached 7
nT at 10/2101Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -6 nT at
11/1251Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached
a peak level of 6325 pfu.

The geomagnetic field is expected
to be at quiet to active levels on days one and two (12 Aug, 13 Aug) and
quiet to unsettled levels on day three (14 Aug). Protons have a slight
chance of crossing threshold on days one, two, and three (12 Aug, 13
Aug, 14 Aug).
