Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

NEW REGION 8064 (N22E70) ROTATED OVER THE EAST LIMB. A SMALL
FILAMENT DISAPPEARED BETWEEN 22/1850-1900 FROM N32W05. A SPOT MAY
BE REFORMING IN PLAGE REGION 8062 (N23E00). SURGING WAS REPORTED
NEAR SW28 EARLY IN THE UT DAY.
