QUIET WITH ISOLATED UNSETTLED PERIODS OBSERVED AT MIDDLE AND HIGH
LATITUDES.

STRATWARM ALERT/SUNDAY/STRATWARM EXISTS.
A WIDE-SPREAD WARM REGION FURTHER COVERS SIBERIA, ALASKA, AND THE
ADJACENT ARCTIC, BUT WEAKENS. TEMPERAURE GRADIENT BETWEEN 60N AND
THE POLE REVERSED IN THE LOWER STRATOSPHERE UP TO 10 HPA.
