CONDITIONS BEGAN. NORTHERN LATITUDES EXPERIENCED PERIODS OF MINOR
STORMING. THE DISTURBANCE ENDED AT ABOUT 18/1600Z AND CONDITIONS
HAVE BEEN QUIET SINCE.
