UNTIL A SUDDEN IMPULSE (SI) OCCURRED AT 1750Z. SINCE THEN THE
MID-LATITUDES HAVE BEEN UNSETTLED AND THE HIGH LATITUDES HAVE BEEN
AT ACTIVE TO MINOR STORM LEVELS.
