STORM LEVEL ACTIVITY WAS REPORTED AT HIGH LATITUDES FOR THE PERIOD
28/2100-2400UT.

FINAL WARMING CONTINUES.
TEMPERATURE GRADIENT REVERSED BETWEEN 60N
AND THE POLE THROUGHOUT THE STRATOSPHERE,
