GENERALLY ACTIVE TO MAJOR STORM LEVELS. SOME SEVERE STORMING WAS
OBSERVED AT HIGH LATITUDES. A SUDDEN STORM COMMENCEMENT OF 89 NT WAS
OBSERVED AT 30/1948Z.
