INCREASED ACTIVITY OCCURRED DURING 23/1400 - 2000Z WITH ACTIVE
PERIODS AT MIDDLE LATITUDES AND ACTIVE TO MINOR STORM PERIODS AT
HIGH LATITUDES. OTHERWISE, FIELD ACTIVITY WAS AT QUIET TO UNSETTLED
LEVELS.
