HOURS. A RAPID CHANGE IN PARAMETERS AROUND 01/2000Z MAY BE
ASSOCIATED WITH A SHOCK PASSAGE. ENERGETIC ELECTRON FLUX GREATER
THAN 2 MEV AT GEOSYNCHRONOUS ORBIT REMAINED BELOW ALERT THRESHOLDS
