STRATWARM ALERT EXISTS STRATWARM SATURDAY
MINOR WARMING OVER EUROPE/SIBERIA AND THE WHOLE
ARCTIC AT 10 HPA CONTINUES, WEAKENING. TEMPERATURE
GRADIENT REVERSED BETWEEN THE POLE AND 60N IN THE
STRATOSPHERE ABOVE 30 HPA. MEAN ZONAL WIND AT
60N IN THE WHOLE STRATOSPHERE WEAK WESTERLY,
INCREASING.
