Flaring activity is low. The X-ray background radiation is situated in the lower part of the B-level. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet. The Earth crossed a solar sector boundary. The interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) jumped to values above 10nT. The north-south (Bz) component is however small and positive. Unsettled conditions are possible, depending on the behaviour of the Bz component of the IMF.
Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 058, based on 19 stations.
