Solar activity is very low as there were no C-class flares in the past 24 hours. Several high B-class flares were produced by NOAA ARs 2356 and 2358, so a C-class flare is possible. The Earth is currently inside a slow (around 350 km/s) solar wind flow with a slightly elevated (around 6 nT) interplanetary magnetic field magnitude. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet and are expected to remain so.
Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 021, based on 21 stations.
