Solar flaring activity was restricted to low B-class flares. All regions (NOAA 2549, 2550 and 2551) were inactive and decaying or stable. No Earth directed CMEs were observed.
The magnitude of the magnetic field remains around 5 nT, while the solar wind speed showed some variation with values ranging from 440 to 540 km/s. Geomagnetic conditions were mainly quiet to unsettled (maximum K=3), with a single time slot of active levels (K=4) at the local level (Dourbes). Quiet to unsettled conditions are expected to continue.
Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 045, based on 13 stations.
