Bulletin

Solar activity was low, no C-class flares in past 24 h. The new compact region that appeared on the northeast limb has not been active. C-class flares are possible but unlikely.

Proton flux levels are at background values and are expected to remain so. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed.

Solar wind speed is at 390 km/s with interplanetary magnetic field magnitude of 4 nT. Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet. There is a small positive coronal hole located at 30 degrees northern latitude which may affect the Earth within 48h, active conditions can be expected then (with isolated minor storm periods possible).

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 06 stations.
