Bulletin

Solar activity is low, without even B-class flares reported during last 24 hours, and the with the background X-ray flux of the A-class level. We expect such a low level of the activity to persist in the coming hours. There were no wide and/or Earth directed CMEs reported during last 24 hours. The solar protons remained at the background level.

The solar wind speed remains low, with the present value of about 360 km/s. The interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 6 nT. The fast solar wind associated with the negative polarity equatorial coronal hole which reached central meridian on March 25 might be expected at the Earth in the morning of March 29. The geomagnetic conditions are presently quiet and we expect quiet to unsettled conditions in the coming hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 16 stations.
