Bulletin

During last 24 hours there were no C class flares reported, and only flare reported was B 1.3 (peaking at 06:11 UT this morning). Together with still existing active regions (NOAA ARs 2750 and 2751) a new small not numbered active region emerged on the visible side of solar disc. However, all the observed active regions have simple configuration of their photospheric magnetic field and, although B class flares are possible, we do not expect C class flares in the coming hours. There were no Earth directed CMEs and the solar protons remained at the background level.

The solar wind speed is slowly increasing, starting from early morning of November 4, and it is presently about 410 km/s and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 6 nT. The geomagnetic conditions are presently quiet, and we expect quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions in the coming hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 16 stations.
