The geomagnetic
field has been at quiet to active levels for the past 24 hours. Solar
wind speed reached a peak of 660 km/s at 17/0551Z. Total IMF reached 8
nT at 17/0023Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -6 nT at
17/0016Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached
a peak level of 317 pfu.

to be at quiet to unsettled levels on day one (18 Nov) and quiet levels
on days two and three (19 Nov, 20 Nov).
